Thanks for stopping by Betul, like your about piece it is good to follow the muse you will never be lead astray. look forward to checking in with you later away now to hit the follow button. regards Chris.
This struck a chord for sure. Lately I’ve been filled with doubt, and reading this reminded me that I need to trust in my self more. Thank you for your beautiful insights. 🙂
I noticed that intelligent and sensitive people tend to hurt themselves more, maybe they are more conscious than the rest about the ugliness of this world
Well, I am not sure if I am intelligent, but I am definitely sensitive and I observed that about sensitive people. Maybe intelligent people tend to overanalyze things and notice problems more than other people.
Oh from your writing, you do strike me as an intelligent person. I agree over-analyze will lead to overthinking which will kill you slowly and painfully.
Shortly, I shall post my personal experience – ‘How writing changed me’. I really shocked how much I changed.. Normally, I don’t like to post something on personal… But this one I will….. You do this and then start meditation
I get it. I can be very critical of myself, too. Loving yourself is a practice. I tell myself I love myself when I look in the mirror. I smile and give myself a high five. It takes consistency and practice, but you will start to notice miracles.
Another thing I do is I thank myself for things I do for myself or things about myself. “Thank you for getting gas for the car.” “Thank you for giving me time to write in my gratitude journal.” “Thank you for the kindness you show others.” When you praise yourself and say thank you, you rewire the brain.
Yes. Very true. We can only trust ourselves when we are at the lowest. 🙂 Great thought indeed.

This is true. Guess that’s how weird humans are. It takes a long long time in life to realize that we are important before anybody else

Yeah, and this is despite the fact that we have ourselves from the get-go.

Start loving yourself as when you came in this world, this soul was with you and when you leave your soul will leave with you. So love yourself.

Yes, that is a fact that most people, including me, struggle with. But we should work on it.

I also visit that area of self-doubt every now and then, and maybe today is one of those days. Let’s all remember to love ourselves!

Thank you! I hope I am a bit intelligent😊 Overanalyzing is a huuuugee problem and it does not help much, honestly. But sometimes we just can’t help.

I think writing is the medicine… Dig your mind, find out the causes and write the same in your diary…

I re-discovered writing recently. It is becoming the cure I long needed.

I will look forward to the post! Meditation really helps, I used to do it. Writing is also helping. But maybe I should utilize them more. Thanks!

I think I normally practice that as much as I can, and it works. But recently, I put myself a bit out of practice, I think. It does not feel as good.

That is actually a good idea. I think that gives your subconscious very good messages. Implicit training.
