I just realized that WP somehow put some of you guys’s comments in spam. If I have not replied to your comment, it is because it went to spam. Apologies! I will get to them as much as I can in time. Has this happened to you guys?

Exactly! And weirdly, it accepts some comments from people and not others from the same people. It seems random.

It is! Sometimes, it does not let me follow some people too. I follow, it looks like I am following and it is unfollowed again. Weird.

Be wary. As long as you can vouch for them otherwise leave them in the spam box.

Not that I’ve noticed but maybe I should check. I know I once got a spam comment so I deleted that.

This is the first time I saw it. But most of the comments in the spam are from people whose other comments are approved. So, it looks a bit random.

Yes it happens the entire time, you need to check your comments section daily to check what comments went to spam and they shouldn’t, because you will find many spam messages as well. In one of my posts I raised this subject after many of my comments were ignored but many bloggers don’t check this and for me it’s a reason I stop visiting a blog tbh so I explained how to do check your comments also, I do that daily and I apologize from the bloggers sometimes as I keep some messages there even if they’re not Spam, they are for real users but I don’t like the content and the disrespect

Oh it was quite frequent, many times I forgot to check the spam section and when I do check them I find comments dated months ago

Many times, so I am apologies too, but I try to check it time to time. I think it is so strange… sometimes it do and sormtimes it doesn’t..

Yes, I’ve had the same problem. I haven’t been able to figure out the pattern to it. The same people will be sent to both spam and my inbox depending on the post it’s from. It’s odd. I’ve just been trying to be more devoted to logging in and checking now.
