Thank you for sharing!… I think it is up to the individual what form of meditation to use and what works for them… I do meditation (along with Tia Chi) and after some experimentation came up with a plan that worked for me and I do it here at home… 🙂 LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Yes, meditation is actually surprisingly individual! and it is a matter of experiment and patience until we find the right form for ourselves! LikeLike Reply

I do full breathing for 15minutes, but is depend the day..🌸
