I just wanted to ask how everyone is. I am preparing for my qualifying exam this semester and it is kind of busy. So I did not have much time to spend on the blog. So, I wanted to catch up.

We have to pass a written and oral exam to be able to start our actual dissertation process. So, I wrote a research paper and got some questions on them. I am working on the answer (written part). Then, I will have an oral exam. After this, I will be a PhD candidate.
