Thank you for sharing!!.. I just follow my heart, rarely go wrong… 🙂 “It is not easy to find happiness within ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.” Agnes Repplier
Lately I’ve been having rocky roads but I am trying to remain calm through it all so that I don’t make bad situations worse. Giving myself time to process things and working them out in healthy ways helps. It’s my hope that I’ll master contentment because it could be exhausting. Thank you for this post.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. We learn how to be and stay content when we face challenges, so I am sure you will make the most out of them and emerge as a stably-content person!
Gratitude for what you have at that moment creates happiness within us and also
accepting life as it comes and remember everything happens for a reason. 🙂
Hi Betul….
Nicely put!! Often we read about unrealistic goals, u know like keep your thoughts positive and stay happy always, think about good things always (the law of attraction). But to achieve these, it actually requires a superhuman effort, which I find it difficult. Finding contentment in our work/day to day life can definitely possibly lead to a feeling of happiness, but then again how to define contentment and how to possibly achieve is what I am slowly trying to learn!!..
But lovely read as usual..thanx !!
I agree with you! I find it really hard to be positive or happy always, so those approaches seem hard to me. I find contentment more reachable, honestly.
Yes Betul, true. That is why I keep talking about and lay so much stress on meditation. We start to be aware of or more conscious of our innate state : Pure Bliss

Yeah. Contentment often brings happiness but being content is very difficult.

Happiness is not our goal. It is our nature.

We need to notice it though. We don’t always.
