  1. Thank you. Firstly,I recognized a flaw and that is being dominated by my emotions. Having emotions is natural though.
Secondly,I re-evaluated my relationships. There were obvious situations where I was overly hyper-emotional and what it caused afterwards were not impressive. I decided it was time for a change in order to attract healthy relationships into my life.
Each morning,I say positive affirmations regarding my emotions-“I rule and reign over my emotions. I know what to say and how to say it. I’m not moved by sight but by faith…”
Then,I begin to practice meditation and this influenced my thought process positively.
I stopped being a perfectionist. I allowed many things to fly which I naturally would not allow before. This has brought ease and mental alertness and I’m practically enjoying my life and my relationships now. Hope this suffice.

    1. These are all great things to do! Meditation helped me a lot with understanding my emotions too! And also, I think when I let my emotions flow free, they do not disturb me anymore. They become balanced. So, I am also not trying to be a perfectionist anymore. Whatever I feel, I feel. But now, because I don’t suppress things as much, I don’t feel extreme emotions anymore. Not as often, at least.
