There was heavy rain today. It was unusual for this town to have gloomy weather like this and he was surprised. Pleasantly? He was not sure. He had a few plans for the day and now they seemed to be impossible to do. But on the other hand, he was craving to stay home for a while and this was his chance. A day of his own. Little did he know what would soon happen, however. [Your continuation goes here]
To Write or not to Write and What to Write 
With all the excitement he had recently, it felt like a relief to be able to be hugged by the soft cushions of his couch. He shut his eyes for a moment and breathed a sigh of relief. No sooner did he do so except the phone within his pocket began to ring. Reluctant, he takes out his phone answers.
“Okay, so get this. I was flicking through our photos together from yesterday, and you know the one we took right by the front door of your house? I’m sending you a picture right now. Take a look and tell me what’s wrong.”
Puzzled, he opened the photo that was sent. His eyes widened in shock as he stared at the figure running through the opened front door of his house. His body jumping towards the phone, he cries out,
“Is that a squirrel running inside my house?!”
As if to confirm his suspicions, he could hear the faint sound of a door shutting, muffled by the tapping of the heavy rain on the windows, somewhere within the confines of his house.

Oh, I don’t know if I should smile at the cuteness of a squirrel or deal with the fear of having it at home. That is a nice one!

He sat down on the couch to watch TV. He was wearing his pajamas. That’s when the house blew up.
