Thanks for this question. My experience is that if I listen I am always guided. Like when I have had unhealthy habits, there has always ( and I mean literally always) been a subtitle voice that has told me that I need to break that habit. Then comes the cycle of “can I break it?” and doubt. But since that voice has been so clear I conquer that doubt and change that habit. And it takes the time it takes
Very good points there! We actually always know when something is wrong. Often, we do not listen until that voice becomes too loud. That is usually our breaking point.
Did it occur to you that people subscribe to your blog to read what you have to say HERE, and not for clickbait style links?

And sorry for some wrong spells ( subtile, and not subtitle)
I blame it on the early morning hours rather than English is my third language 😀

Third language?! Wow! I do not mind spelling errors, no worries!
